Journal History

The Journal of Electrical Engineering and Informatics (JEEI) was officially established on 5 January 2026 as an academic publishing platform dedicated to the dissemination of scientific research in the fields of electrical engineering and informatics.

JEEI is fully supervised by the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) of Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Nusantara Lampung, ensuring that the journal is managed in accordance with institutional quality assurance standards, ethical publishing principles, and national academic regulations.

The journal published its first issue in February 2026 (Volume 1, Number 1) and has since been committed to maintaining a consistent publication schedule. JEEI is published three times a year (February, June, and October) and adopts an open-access publishing model to provide broad and equitable access to scientific knowledge.

Through a rigorous peer review process, transparent editorial management, and continuous quality improvement, JEEI aims to strengthen its role as a reputable national journal and to progressively align with international scholarly publishing standards.
