Publication Fee

Article Processing Charges (APC)

The Journal of Electrical Engineering and Informatics (JEEI) applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) to support the journal management, peer review process, editorial services, website maintenance, and publication sustainability. The APC is charged only after the manuscript is accepted for publication.

Regular Publication Fee

The regular publication fee for accepted manuscripts is as follows:

  • Student Author: IDR 150,000

  • Lecturer / Researcher: IDR 200,000

The student rate applies to manuscripts in which the first author is a student, supported by a valid student identification.

Fast Track Review Fee

JEEI provides an optional Fast Track Review service for authors who require an accelerated review process.

  • Fast Track Review Fee: IDR 250,000

This service prioritizes the review process without compromising the quality and integrity of the peer review.

Fast Track Review is optional and does not guarantee acceptance.

Payment Method

Payments can be made using the following methods:

1. QRIS

QRIS STTN Lampung

Authors may complete the payment using QRIS, which supports multiple digital payment platforms.

2. Bank Transfer

Payments can also be made via bank transfer to the following account:

(Please ensure that the payment is made under the correct account name.)

Payment Policy

  • Publication fees are payable only after the manuscript has been officially accepted.

  • There are no submission fees.

  • All payments are used solely for journal operational purposes.

  • Fee waivers may be considered under special circumstances upon editorial approval.
